Technology & Responsibility
Technology changes the world. We ask whether it does so well. We support solutions that serve people and the planet, not just growth.
We connect technology with kindness. We make space for conversations about building responsibly, creating tools that support people, not ones that wear them down. We believe in empathy, ethics and wellbeing, because innovation should work for people.
Technology changes the world. We ask whether it does so well. We support solutions that serve people and the planet, not just growth.
We support women who want to act on their own terms. We build a community grounded in trust and real collaboration.
We believe different thinking styles, sensibilities and generations are a strength. We create spaces where those differences become an asset.
We respond to the pressure of constant availability. We help leaders and organisations find their footing again and act with more clarity.
We support businesses and initiatives that combine effectiveness with genuine impact on people and the environment.
DeepKind Foundation started from a simple belief: in a world of constant change, we need new ways of thinking, rooted in empathy, care and the responsible use of technology. We work across education, the humanities and innovation, building spaces where thinking and doing meet.
Care for people is at the heart of everything we do: their wellbeing, their relationships, their sense of agency. We believe technology should strengthen people, not override them. We connect different perspectives and partners to create lasting change that means something.
DeepKind is a space where kindness becomes practice, and responsibility becomes the foundation of the future.

For people aged 18–26. Together we tackle the real challenges of today: stress, uncertainty, figuring out adulthood, through technology and creative thinking.

Time to slow down. Rest, honest conversations and time in nature for women who are always moving fast.

A programme for children and parents that pairs physical activity with building real bonds, in a simple and accessible way.

Experienced women in tech are too often pushed aside. We support women 45+, making their expertise visible and helping them step into leadership in the AI era.
Support our work and help us build a world where technology serves people. Everything helps.
DeepKind Foundation is an initiative bridging technology, the humanities and education. We build spaces where technological development goes hand in hand with care for people, their wellbeing and their relationships.
Because its impact goes far beyond what it does on screen. It shapes how we think, work and relate to each other. Being mindful means designing things that support people rather than wear them out.
Technology built with the human in mind: their wellbeing, their abilities and their limits. Not just clever, but responsible.
People in tech and business, women finding their footing, young adults, children and families. We also partner with organisations and companies.
You can volunteer, support us financially, or partner with us. Every bit helps and makes a real difference to what we can do.
Many of our programmes are free, especially those for children, young adults and communities. Some initiatives have a cost; we always say so upfront for each project.
Because technical skills alone aren't enough to deal with the complex problems of today. You also need ethics, reflection and a genuine understanding of people: their feelings, their motivations, their context.
We care about balance rather than constant speed. We think good leadership starts with knowing yourself, and that's what shapes your decisions, your team and your organisation.
No. Technology is part of the context, but our work is for anyone who wants to act with more intention, whatever field they're in.
Yes. We partner with organisations that want to act responsibly and create something with real social and environmental value.
We're based in Poland, but some of our work and collaborations cross borders.
The kind that lasts and actually means something, not just fast and surface-level. Change that gives people more room, builds real connections and makes work and life a bit healthier.
